The male Mute swan (Cygnus olor, knölsvan) is defending his territory by swimming around and trying to be cool and big and confident to impress/intimidate the other male residing in the neighboring pond some fifty meters away - it's a bit drama but no fight. It's a lovely summer evening in Ottenby. Southern Öland, Sweden.
